1. For some reason I've temporarily ditched Legend of Zelda and have started playing Animal Crossing again... my fave town members are Benedict (rooster) and Rolf (tiger) :>

2. My fave Asian actors who are aged 40+ are Anthony Wong and Tony Leung (I can't remember their full names derp). My fave Western actors aged 40+ are Johnny Depp and John Cusack.

3. I usually like the same 35+ actors but I usually go through phases with younger actors.

4. My current fave younger actor (32, which isn't that young but still) is Huang Xiaoming (oh man he was hot in Sniper)

5. I am somewhat allergic to prawns (but I think it's mostly the head which I don't eat)

It's been what, two hours? I'm sick of seeing it there. Sorry m(-o-)m

I can probably almost safely blame my monthly suffering time
and the superfluous amount of time spent in the city, Bourke St in particular

Annoyingly, I will be returning to the city tomorrow. After that I plan on staying inside my house/room for as long as possible. Temporary recluse!

Drawing really calms me down! And surprisingly, piano scales. I play scales better when I am angry at something that isn't piano hah.

Expect art soon!

I really want to make a engineer!Link plushie haha. My family has a patched up industrial sewing machine (the ones factories use to sew jeans, etc) now thanks to a family friend so maybe I'll try to use it. Looks dangerous though so maybe not.

Remind me not to make dA journals when it's that time of month. Please.

TL;DR SUMMARY: I absolutely hate broken book spines with a passion and the company that I am buying my school books from suck. Also, Spirit Tracks!

Eurgh I know I need to chill, but I am dead tired from going out too much and it's that time of month but I must rant this out: I HATE BROKEN BOOK SPINES. SO MUCH. I HATE IT ENOUGH TO USE CAPSLOCK AND START SWEARING (but I'll cut back on the latter).

I get so pissed off when I have a broken book spine. It's so ugly and you can't read the writing any more on the spine. It almost makes me want to make a Facebook just to join [link]

In year 8, my terrible english teacher borrowed my book (Stargirl) and broke the spine right in front of me. I could hear it trying to resist being broken, but alas, the book is now ruined. I can't even look at it now. In addition, my friend drew over it, thinking it was her book. It's in terrible condition.

Why am I bringing this up? Because I went to pick up my school books today, and they were missing some (omg so annoying). Two of my economics and one english novel (Sometimes Gladness) was missing. The noob (haha, yes, noob) that was serving me went to check if they had a copy of Sometimes Gladness and put it in my bag. I didn't check it because I had somewhere to be and just believed that he got it right (hey, it's his job to get it right). As soon as I got home, I realised he had given me a second hand book!! It would've been fine if the SPINE WASN'T BROKEN adfsadgfgh I AM SO UNNECESSARILY PISSED OFF. I hope they can swap it for a new one or else I'll be raging even moar. Goddammit. I can't decide whether I should call tomorrow or send an email now.

The only reason I ordered was that it was more convenient (or supposed to be). The $5 packaging fee was a rip off too, my books came in a plastic bag, HOW IS THAT WORTH $5?! My sister's books came in, like, a second hand box. So much for "packaging". God I hate that company. The one before was much, much better. They were organized, unlike this one >__>

I understand that they need to wait for shipment to arrive. My economics books are a brand new updated edition, so I understand why they haven't arrived. But Sometimes Gladness, there's no excuse. The guy that served me was really a noob. He counted my books wrong and missed so many things. It took ages to get it right. He was incompetent, which explains the secondhand book mix up. Ugh, that pushed all the wrong buttons. Broken spines, how I hate thee.

In addition, the company's workers are um, (it's hard to describe without cussing), unpleasant. Someone sold their books to this company, but weren't buying books from them. The lady serving her kept asking her why she wasn't buying her books from them. From what I heard, it was aggressive. Then she told all of her coworkers that "this girl isn't buying her books from us, how ridiculous". Then one of the other workers went up to her and asked her why she wasn't buying her books from them. What the hell is wrong with them, they can't harrass a student to buy their books from them like that!

God I probably sound stuck up or something but I really wanted to get this out, I feel less inclined to get that book and rip it to shreds now.

</end rant>}}In slightly less unnecessarily agressive news, I have (access to a copy of) Spirit Tracks!! It's kinda almost the same as Phantom Hourglass (gameplay-wise). Link looks good in his engineer uniform, too bad he only wears it for a really short time. I kinda miss Linebeck, but he appears as a salesmen/tradesmen, I can't remember which. I like Alfonzo, but his name reminds me of the annoying crocodile in Animal Crossing (Alfonso).

Lastly, hehe whenever I think about mood swings, I think about 30 Rock - the episode where Liz gets false positives on her pregnancy test because of these weird snacks she's been eating with evaporated bull sperm in them.

I am done with my rantblings (rant/ramblings). I just have to make sure I don't look at that book again or my feelings towards it and the company will be back >:I

God I keep "reobsessing" with past fandoms/obsessions. First Pokemon, then the kpop music scene, Evangelion (sort of), Tales of the Abyss (just a tiny bit) and now Phoenix Wright (A LOT). Now I need me some Edgeworth and Kristoph (but not together hah).

Oh I also watched the trailer for Black Rock Shooter and HOLY SHIT I CAN'T WAIT I don't even know what it's about. It also makes me want to get into Vocaloid. But I probably won't guh. And on the topic of anime, I think I am excited for Durarara! too (same creator as Baccano!)}
