I did not ever imagine this icon "family" would ever get so popular. It's getting hard to keep track of family members and requests. Thus, I have devised a set of guidelines for requesting.

Although I am not doing any more requests, I will leave the rules here for current members to looks back on if necessary.



---POKEMON ICON FAMILY RULES AND THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW---
These rules no longer apply as I am not taking requests anymore. However, I will leave them up for reference for current family members.

#1. I draw all of the icons myself. From scratch, basically. Please do not claim the icon as your own or use it anywhere else but deviantART.

#2. Credit is appreciated but not required! Family pimpage is welcomed ;D

#3. I have other priorities, mainly, school. I may not reply right away, so please be patient. Icons also take time to make so don't expect it right away. I will work on it when I get home from school, okay?

#4. The character you request must be a human character from Pokemon.

#5. Your preferred character may already be taken. In such case, pick another one or don't join at all. Check the list below as well as new comments/claims before you make your request.

#5. When requesting, please note that all game characters from Kanto/Johto will be in their most updated clothing. There will be no variations on already taken characters.

#6. When requesting, use English names for consistency.

#7. Please specify whether you want a character from the game, anime, manga special, or movie! It would be best if you left a Bulbapedia link with your character in your comment.

#8. I would prefer if newcomers were somehow affiliated with current family members. For example, you are friends, watchers, real family, etc. If not, please tell me who/where you were pimped out by/from!

#9. If you would like to request an icon, please leave a comment in this journal ONLY. From now on, any notes or messages on my front page will be ignored. To prove that you have read this, please insert a Pokeball () at the start of your comment. To do this, just type :*pokeball: and remove the asterisk (the *).

If you have been added to the "current family" list, your request has been approved. When you are added to the "regions" list, you are now officially part of the family.

You can stop using your icon whenever you want, but it would be nice if you were part of the family for at least a week or so, eh? ;>
